Over the years, the company has delivered over 360 waste treatment plants including over 190 waste incineration plants with moving grate technology worldwide as EPC contractor and Technology Provider. MHIEC has built a strong partnership with Singapore, and it has led to the delivery of various Advanced Waste-to-Energy Plants, which includes Tuas Incineration Plant (capacity of 1,400 tpd in 1986), Senoko WtE plant (capacity of 2,310 tpd in 1992), and Tuas South Incineration Plant (capacity of 3,000 tpd in 2000). 

In December 2021, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (MHI-AP) completed the construction of TuasOne Waste-To-Energy Plant, Singapore’s largest Waste to Energy Plant (capacity of 3,600 tpd). It is developed under the Design, Build, Own and Operate Model with National Environment Agency and is operated and maintained by MHIEC Eco creation Singapore Pte, Ltd.
